Grace Werosta, our 3rd Tricia Cohen Prize Student
We are pleased to announce that Grace Werosta has recently been appointed as the 3rd Tricia Cohen Prize Studentship and will commence her studentship at the beginning of September 2026
About Grace Werosta
Grace was raised in New Jersey, USA and attended The Hun School of Princeton, Princeton, NJ from 2015-2019. Grace then became a student at Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts from where she graduated with a Batchelor of Science Degree in Bioengineering in 2023 and a Master of Science Degree in Bioengineering in 2024. Since July 2023 she has been working at the biotechnology company Foghorn Therapeutics, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA being promoted from Research Associate to Senior Research Associate in August 2025. During her undergraduate degree, Grace also worked for six months at Quantum Diamond Technologies Inc during 2021 and for 8 months at Ikena Oncology during 2022. When she takes up the 3rd Tricia Cohen Prize Studentship, Grace will join the research team of Gopal Sapkota in the Faculty of Science at the University of Dundee on a project called “Destroying cancer-causing proteins”.
